HOW CAN I BOOK MY TOUR?
After the email or telephone discussion of your requirements we will send tentative offer. In the case that you will need to modify your itinerary, we will change it until you will be completely satisfied. When ready, we will send you an invoice, which will be divided to the deposit part and additional part. When we receive your deposit your tour will be officially booked. Last thing what you need to do is organize your flight and pack your clubs
FOR HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE YOU ABLE TO ORGANIZE A TRIP?
We care about each golfer and group of golfers. But most of our clients travel in groups of 4 to 8 people.
CAN DRIVER OR DELEGATE OF THE HOTEL PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT ?
After arrival at your chosen airport, the driver or delegate will pick you up. By this time delegate will be available whenever you need him, for example – to handle calls, changes on the way, cancel events, dinner reservations and organization of other activities according to your wishes. He will take care of your luggage and golf clubs throughout the move from one hotel to another and always will be a step forward to make sure that your luxury holiday will be perfectly fine and will run like clockwork. It is really experienced person and always arrives at the ground on the time so you can warm up and regenerate before your game. Your delegate will be on hand so he can book a table at a restaurant of your choice and recommend the best bars in the area.

CAN I BUY TOURS FOR SOMEONE AS A GIFT?
Yes. If you know name and handicaps of passengers.
WILL MY PHONE WORK IN UK?
We recommend that you contact your mobile operator before you leave your country and make sure that your device is properly configured for operation in the UK and Ireland. However, very important thing is that mobile phones are not allowed on most golf courses and in all the golf clubs.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODES ON THE GOLF COURSES?
Most golf clubs are not very strict in terms of clothes on the courses, but usually you can not wear shorts or jeans and your have to wear a shirt with a collar at least. Inside the club is not respectful to wear caps / hats and golf shoes or sneakers, and some clubs may insist on a jacket and tie, when you staying in certain areas of the club. Your driver / delegate will warn you the day before your game on the demands of the club.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN UNITED KINGDOM?
Weather in Scotland and Ireland is very changeable, especially on the West Coast. We recommend you to appropriately prepare for rainy weather, because it is very likely, that you will experience some of it. Most professional shops and clubs have waterproof clothing, in case if you will not have proper gear.
DO I NEED TO ARRANGE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Definitely, we recommend you to arrange travel insurance for your trip in case that you encounter any complications. Insurance should cover cancellation fees, medical expenses and personal belongings in case of loss or non-delivery of luggage to your destination on time. Please check the terms of your insurance before you leave your country.
WHAT ABOUT GRATUITY?
Officially is not announced amount of gratuity for Scotland and Ireland, but we recommended to leave at least a 10% gratuity for the meal and at least 30% for a caddy in case that you will be satisfied with his services. Your driver / delegate will inform you about prices on every pitch.
CAN YOU ARRANGE CADDIES?
Most of the courses do not guarantee service of caddies. However, Parade Golf keeps good relationship with Caddy Masters at all locations. Your driver / delegate will do everything to ensure you have a decent selection of caddies for the duration of your trip. We are aware that quality may vary for each course, but we can recommend those who will not disappoint you. Depending on your itinerary, you can keep your favorite caddy for a few rounds.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE HEALTH DISABILITY CARD?
Many courses have restrictions for disabled / handicapped and require a license or certificate of health / physical disability. Please send us a scanned copy of your ID / certificate of physical / disability on our email timely.
CAN I USE GOLF CART?
Most of the courses have a limited number of carts and they are booked for golfers with the most severe disabilities. Some golf courses do not have the carts at all. In the case that you definitely requires cart, we recommend you to let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange the best possible solution for you.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT GOLF CLUBS?
Yes. Golf clubs can be hired on the spot for £ 35.
