On Monday 22 July 2024, we are proud to announce that we have been selected by the R&A and Legends Tour to host the Seniors Open Qualifier. The Rolex Seniors Open will be played at Carnoustie on 25-28 July 2024.
Downfield Golf Club, set in a beautiful park in Dundee, has been described by Paul Lawrie, the 1999 Open champion (who qualified for the final at Downfield this year), as “one of the best inland courses in Britain”.
Combining beautiful scenery with natural wildlife of squirrels, waterfowl, buzzards and deer, Downfield offers a truly challenging and enjoyable experience for all golfers, whatever their ability.
