About the course
Drumoig is one of the most underrated courses in Scotland, yet it is arguably one of the best courses in the hinterland. The course is located in the countryside around Fife, where many birds and other animals find refuge. The course offers plenty of interesting holes, with most golfers’ best impressions prevailing over holes 9, 10, 11. There are plenty of bunkers, water hazards, undulating terrain and sand dunes. This is a course designed mainly for more experienced golfers, but for amateurs there are perfectly prepared front tees where they will surely come into their own. Drumoig is certainly worth playing and is improving every year, which adds to its growing appeal, unfortunately it is still an underrated course when competing with the renowned courses around St Andrews.
