About the course
Founded in 1887 by Robert B. Finlay, the Nairn course has consistently ranked as one of the leading courses in the UK.
The club is fortunate to host a number of amateur golf tournaments and it is a great honour. The club is one of only nine to have hosted the Walker Cup, Curtis Cup, Amateur Championship and Women’s Amateur Championship.
Nairn is one of the most beautiful seaside courses in Scotland and every hole has a sea view. If you’re right-handed and have trouble slicing, you can find the beach after the first shot off the tee. The sea is in play on six of the first seven holes; be sure to prepare a good supply of balls.
