The beginnings of golf at Kingsbarns dates back to 1790. The course changed in four century to one of the best courses. The current form course dates from 2001. The World Golf Association even recognized Kingsbarns links in 2005 like the 5th best course of the world. Stunning scenery of the Scottish coast in combination with sandy ridges and impressive greens are a clear guarantee that the course Kingsbarns Golf Links were honored deservedly so. Each hole gives a beautiful view on the sea and even 7 of them can play along or across the sea level. The concept of the game is very diverse and has all the elements of modern golf with traditional links to an earlier time.
