About the course
Royal Birkdale is a golf course located in the northwestern part of the English coast. It hosted The Open 10 times until 2017 and is also the venue for the Women’s British Open. The course has been awarded by Golf Digest magazine as the 18th best course outside the USA. Deservedly so. The course features superbly manicured greens, a large playing area and a number of bunkers that test players on every swing.
